Warm up in Mackay’s winter sun with our FREE morning yoga every Sunday in July!

Inhale the fresh sea air and exhale your stress, with this gentle yoga flow led by Neighbourhood Yoga. Whether you're experienced or just giving yoga a go, enjoy a calming mix of movement and breathwork at your own pace.

Location: Dunes Harbour Beach, Sol Drive next to the Community Square. Locate the Dunes Yoga sign on site.
